By accessing or using ArbitrageHub's website, applications, or any other services provided by ArbitrageHub (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

3.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account and use our Services. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3.3 One Account Per User

You may not create more than one Account without our express permission. We reserve the right to terminate any duplicate Accounts.

3.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your Account at any time by contacting our customer service.

4. Services and Content

ArbitrageHub provides educational content, tools, data, and resources related to cryptocurrency arbitrage trading. Our Services may include articles, guides, videos, webinars, calculators, market data, community forums, and other features designed to help users learn about and potentially implement cryptocurrency arbitrage strategies.

4.2 Educational Nature of Services

Our Services are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or broker-dealer services. The information we provide should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or to engage in any specific trading strategy.

4.3 Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the Content available through our Services. Market conditions change rapidly, and information that was accurate when published may quickly become outdated.

Our Services may include Content provided by third parties. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party Content. You understand and agree that we are not responsible for any third-party Content and have no obligation to monitor, approve, or screen such Content.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

5.1 Pricing and Payment

All prices for Products and Subscriptions are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect existing Subscriptions during their current billing cycle.

5.2 Subscriptions

By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew for additional periods equal to the initial Subscription period unless canceled before the renewal date.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Account settings or by contacting customer service. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of your current billing period when you cancel a Subscription.

Our refund policy is outlined in our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, and edit any User Content. We may remove or refuse to display any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, without prior notice.

The Services and all Content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by ArbitrageHub, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS, OR BROKER-DEALER SERVICES. THE INFORMATION WE PROVIDE SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A RECOMMENDATION TO BUY, SELL, OR HOLD ANY CRYPTOCURRENCY OR TO ENGAGE IN ANY SPECIFIC TRADING STRATEGY.

8.2 High-Risk Trading

CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING, INCLUDING ARBITRAGE TRADING, INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRADING DECISIONS, AND SHOULD CAREFULLY CONSIDER YOUR FINANCIAL SITUATION, RISK TOLERANCE, AND EXPERIENCE BEFORE ENGAGING IN CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING.

8.3 No Guarantees

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING OUR SERVICES. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. EXAMPLES, CASE STUDIES, AND TESTIMONIALS ARE NOT GUARANTEES OF FUTURE PERFORMANCE OR SUCCESS.

8.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ARBITRAGEHUB, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

8.6 Exclusions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArbitrageHub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to: (a) your use or misuse of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules in New York, New York. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

10.3 Waiver of Class Action

YOU AND ARBITRAGEHUB AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

10.4 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms will prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts for matters related to intellectual property, unauthorized access, or violation of specific terms of these Terms.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ArbitrageHub regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

11.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of ArbitrageHub.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may assign or transfer these Terms, at our sole discretion, without restriction.

11.5 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through the Services, or by other means, to give you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
